Stanley C. Valiulis | Chief Executive Officer
ILP is the realization of the 25 plus years Stan has contributed to the store fixture and point of purchase business. As CEO and Chairman of the Board of Southern Imperial for over 14 years, Stan brings solid industry leadership to Southern Imperial’s newest division – Intelligent Loss Prevention. By expanding Southern Imperial’s competencies to include cutting edge retail security, Stan keeps Southern Imperial at the industry forefront as a leading store fixture and display manufacturer.
Innovation comes as second nature to Stan who holds over 28 patents. He has broadened his leadership skills through coursework with the American Management Association and Harvard Business School. Stan also had the privilege of formerly serving as Board Member of the Association for Retail Environments (A.R.E.). Of particular interest to Stan are sustainability and lean manufacturing which have become his mantras around the office.
Jörg Niederhüfner | Director of Business Development
A retail industry veteran, Jörg earned his expert reputation through 25 years in leadership positions for international companies specializing in POS marketing and POP development. With a degree in Plastic Engineering, Jörg’s focus has included consumer goods, cosmetics and electronic presentations.
Jörg takes a consultative approach with ILP clients and is a sought-after resource who offers insight based on his experience servicing Wal-Mart (Germany), Target, dm-drogerie markt, Metro, L’Oréal, Maybelline, Garnier, Beiersdorf-Nivea, Montblanc, Pelikan, Nintendo, Procter & Gamble, Max Factor, Gillette, Cosnova and Dr. Scheller Cosmetics. Jörg always looks beyond security ensuring each ILP solution not only protects but also promotes the product. By combining POS activities with category management and security, Niederhüfner believes ILP can deliver comprehensive merchandising solutions to brands and retailers.
Lori Yone | Business Development Manager
Lori brings over 20 years of retail industry experience in sales, marketing and product development to ILP. Most recently, she developed custom security solutions for major retailers as a Senior Account Manager in the retail security and fixture industry. Lori holds a B.A. in Economics.
For a security solution to be truly effective, Lori believes it must not only reduce shrink but also deliver an engaging experience for honest shoppers. With her consultative approach to loss prevention, Lori will utilize ILP's extensive capabilities to customize a solution to your critical areas of loss.

Georg Hachmann | Founder and Owner of IMCo Inventory Management Consultants (Berlin, Germany)

He and his team of specialists have provided loss prevention solutions to numerous organizations including: Wal-Mart (Germany), Metro (Germany), Coop (Switzerland), Interspar (Austria), Rewe (Austria), Gillette, Procter & Gamble and L’Oreal.
A graduate of the Technische Universität Berlin (MBA), Georg has spent the first 20 years of his career in a multi-national consumer products company with assignments in Germany, United Kingdom and the US in charge of Business Systems Development, Supply Chain Management, Sales Service and Customer Service.
Georg has been quoted in and had articles published in business and security journals in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He is a frequent speaker before national associations in and international conventions.
